Located in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood of Washington DC lies Circa. Their hummus (seen here) is the best I've ever had. With the perfect texture and and oil drizzled on top, it pairs well with lightly toasted pita bread, fresh cucumbers, carrots, and kalamata olive tapenade.
